About Chhay

Mr. Leng Chhay, Cambodian, has been working for the last 13 years in the Cambodian development sector. His professional experiences are facilitation of Organization Development (OD) activities and Facilitation of Learning Processes.

Since October 2007 up to now, Chhay has been working as an Independent Consultant to facilitate Individuals and Organizations to learn to make a difference. Prior to that, he worked full-time in a senior management positions for three organizations: 7 years for VBNK,  a leading capacity building organization in the Cambodian social development sector, over 3 years for Amret (formerly EMT), a leading micro-finance institution in Cambodia; and over 1 years for a private development company. He has always been an active member of the senior management team of these organizations.

During his high school time, Chhay won a Cambodian nationwide award as an outstanding student in literature analysis. Currently, he has extensive experience in a multi-cultural context, in which he is able to navigate the space between expatriate and locals. Chhay spent six years studying in Germany, and graduated an MBA. During his professional career, he got a wide range of personal and professional development.
