About Leng Chhay

 

My area of expertise is Capacity Development, which includes Organization Development (OD) and Facilitation of Learning processes. I am experienced in conducting a wide range of OD activities such as organizational needs assessment; organizational/program evaluation; design and facilitation of strategic planning, vision & mission development, values clarification, systems/ structure/policies development, organizational change process, leadership development, human resource management; board and management Team, appraisal scheme, organizational refection; program/project development. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in conducting individual learning need analysis; formulate capacity development strategy and plan; designing and deliver a wide range of capacity development interventions on core organization management skills and project management, applying appropriate capacity development approaches such as training, facilitation of thinking process, workshops/conferences to share best practice, coaching and mentoring approaches, and monitor and assess capacity development outcomes.

1996: MBA, graduated at the university of Leipzig, Germany

1989: High school completion - awarded as nation-wide outstanding student in Khmer literature analysis. Pre-requisite for scholarship to study in Germany.
