It is a book, co-written by Leng Chhay and Jenny Pearson, and was published in 2006. Each heading presented both perspectives, Cambodian and expatriates of the two writers based on their long-terms working experience in Cambodia. The  book outlines perspectives on:

Cambodian norms of behaviors

How Cambodians learn
